I have trauma from past dentist, so I'm sensitive, but this place not only handled me with kindness and grace, but I had a different dentist recommend me a root canal so I went here for a second opinion, this guy refuses to do procedures that aren't necessary. Saved me a buck by not doing a root canal (that I didn't even need.) I also got great prices on the procedures especially compared to other places. I really appreciate what this place offers to the community.

I've probably came here 25 times over my life time and its always been a wonderful experience and it keeps getting better!!! Warm and friendly staff updated technology to serve all your dental needs.

This is by far the best dentists I've ever been to. They tended to my anxiety my pain and my fears,. I've been to dozens of dentists in my life. I'm almost 30 and I've had bad teeth since I was 14. I sat down in there office for the very first time a little over 3 weeks ago and today I walked out of this office with a million dollar smile. They have given me a complete new start to my life where I can finally be me. Thank you and God bless every single person who works here. Thank you.

Dr Franklin & his team are the best. I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years. I had a great experience from checking in, to getting a plan together of what needs to be done! The office has a lot of character that you expect from Route 66, along with the luxury of getting same day crowns or other treatment. I went into my appointment knowing I needed a lot, but the staff educated me and didn’t make me feel pressure to pay up front or make any major financial decisions. PLUS, they take my insurance & worked me into their schedule! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist!

I've been looking for the "right for me" dentist in the Tulsa area for about 5 years now, and after 4 others, I think I've found one! I haven't had a super in depth interchange with Dr. Franklin yet, however I can attest to the absolute superior service and skill set of their staff. I've had my first deep cleaning in many years, and have a several year road ahead to get my grill where I'd like it to be. I wasn't patronized or chastised for neglecting my regular biannual dental checkups over the past decade and change. I know that, they know that I know that so why make patients feel even more ashamed and embarrassed than they are already. They DO NOT DO that here. It's upfront pricing and transparency, and I not once got the weird feeling like I was being pitched a one size fits all sales presentation to upsale upsale upsale. I won't be going to another dentist. Who loves going to the dentist, ya know? I DO AND WILL NOW! Woohoo! 💐🦷❤️‍🔥

I am always well pleased with my visit to Tulsa Time Dental. I really appreciate Dr. Franklin and Assistant Kelsey. I'v had extensive work that takes long appointments, but they always make me comfortable. My hygienist, Pam is also great. If it's possible to enjoy going to the dentist, this is the one.

This was my first visit to this office and they were able to schedule my appointment on short notice for the next day. The staff was pleasant and professional my hygienist was gentle and thorough. Dr Franklin was knowledgeable and positive. Great experience.

I’m covered in tattoos so a lot of times when I go places like a dentist or doctors offices I’m usually treated a lil differently the other ppl but that was not the case at this office I’m happy I found a dentist that cares!! Nothing like aspen dental that’s was some of the worst dental experience I have ever had DONT use aspen dental for anything they will literally take thousands of dollars of your money and tell you they can’t do the dental work for you anymore and try to keep your money

I had two caps redone and a broken tooth replaced. These were upper teeth and included 1 front tooth (cap) that I'd had for years and years and was never happy with (another dentist decades ago). I am absolutely ecstatic with how everything came out. Very natural and the price with my insurance was very fair. All in one visit! These guys do great work!

Yesterday I had a Molar crowned. I was in and out in two hours. I thought this was pretty quick considering they made my replacement tooth in house. I didn't have to come back two weeks later for my tooth to come in from the dental lab. That ment no temporary tooth. No goo making a mold of my teeth to know how to make the replacement tooth. Star, the lady's name, was my Dental assistant and is very good at this trade. I've said it before, Dr. Franklin will be my Dentist for life. This recent experience has affirmed that. He takes care of the love of my life and her eighty seven year old Mother. Thank you Dr. Franklin.

I had to wait an hour to be taken back from the waiting room, and another 30 minutes after I was in the room. That was frustrating, since I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. Besides that, everyone was apologetic and very thorough. The treatment plan is a little confusing, but seems reasonable. I did make another appointment and plan to follow their plan.

I took my sister in law yesterday to have a cleaning done, she has had cleanings done before in different other places, but she was amazed at the job well done here and the Care and friendliness, when I drop her off at her house, the first thing she did was show her family her thith, great job done.

Dr. Franklin is the best! I followed him from a previous entity when he opened his practice in Tulsa, even though it was much further to drive from Claremore, because he's that good. He keeps up with the latest techniques and takes time to answer questions and educate patients. If you are looking for a great dentist, whatever your needs, get in now while the practice is young.

They worked me in as an emergency. I was in terrific pain. Two root canals later with difficult abscesses, I was out of pain. Just had my first visit to Tulsa Time Dental design, and I give them an enthusiastic two thumbs up! Dr. Rick Franklin, his wife Stephanie, office admin Haley, and hygienist Melody all made me feel very welcomed and took great care of me. I appreciated the extra time and attention Dr Rick gave. He didn't just breeze in and out and then move on to the next patient, but he took time to examine me and to talk and get to know me a little. Stephanie said they want everyone to feel like family, and I definitely do. My 21-year-old son went there for the first time a couple of days ago, and here's what he texted me afterwards: "If that is how normal dentist offices are, then I might actually like the dentist. This place was so much nicer than the other one. I liked it."

This dental office was recommended to me by a dear friend who is a dental hygienist in BA. I’ve been extremely satisfied with their service. The dental hygienists are all very friendly. The office runs on time. I never have more than a couple minute wait. Dr. Franklin is personable, knowledgeable, and flexible. I expressed what I needed/wanted, and he clearly outlined all my options.

Great dentist. Tom is very kind and concerned about your comfort. My wife has been going to him since she was a child. My dentist is not on our new insurance plan, so I tried Tom out and was very pleased with him, his staff and facility.

A family friend recommended Dr. Mcginnity to me for an extraction and ive also got some more major dental work that needs to be done after years of avoiding it and being very embarrassed by my teeth. I went in yesterday for an extraction and met dr Mcginnity and his staff for the first time. The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable right away. Then i met the docs dental assistant and her name has slipped my mind but what a great woman! So understanding sweet and very knowledgeable. Then Dr Mcginnity came in and he has such a kind gentle demeanor that instantly puts you at ease. I cannot say enough about my first visit and first impression of this office! They made a dreaded experience easy and im very grateful. Im looking forward to getting the rest of my dental work done now. That i thought id never say.
